Refund Policy
We hope you love our products. But in case you don't, whether the style or the length, the color isn't for you, please contact us immediately at sales@gomyhair.com. Then, we will help you to solve the issues or return it.
- Online purchases (gifts and sale items excluded) made through Gomyhair.comare valid for exchange and return within 7days from the date you've received all your items.
- Items authorized for return must be returned in their original condition. Original condition means that the cellophane packaging enclosing the product(s) must not be opened, cut, torn, written on or tampered with in any way, OR it will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
2.The return shipping fee is afforded by the buyer.(For your protection, we advise you to ship your return using a traceable carrier to verify receipt of the return. It is your responsibility to ensure the secure packaging of returned merchandise to prevent the possibility of damage during the shipping process. We will not be liable for any costs associated with the loss or damage of returned merchandise during transit.)
- Refunds (if applicable) :Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your Paypal account within 48 hours.
- Late or missing refunds (if applicable):If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check Paypal account again.
- Exchanges (if applicable): We exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item,send us an email a sales@gomyhair.com before go to post office.
Return Process
- Visit the Returns Centerto start your return.
- Input your order number and email address.
- Select item(s) you would like to return.
- Select a reason for return from the dropdown.
- Submit your return.
- A shipping label will be sent to your email address.
- Package the return item(s) in a box and attach the shipping label to ship it back to us.
